IPA stands for India pale ale, a hoppy beer style that’s part of the pale ale category. IPAs are known for their hop flavors and aromas, as well as citrus and fruit notes. They typically have a higher ABV than other beers, averaging 7–10%, but session IPAs are closer to 4–5%.
Rosé wine gets its distinctive pink color through limited contact between grape juice and the dark grape skins. There are three main methods used to produce rosé, Direct Pressing Method, Saignée Method, and Blending Method.
